Our Process
Recipe for Success
Your vision is the catalyst for this process. Add to that, one team of experienced architects + interior designers, more than a dash of organization + creativity, and you’ve got the start of something wonderful. Let’s work together to build your dream into a stylish, comfortable, space where you can live, love, and entertain to your heart’s content.
1. Book a Meeting
During this consultation, we listen to determine your needs, project scope, and budget.
2. Review Estimate
Our team creates a design estimate, you review, and once approved the contract is signed to make the bid official.
3. Confirm Elements
All stakeholders meet to go over the design elements and Vivid works up the design drawings. This is what sets us apart from others – we do all of the design in-house.
4. Sign Contract
Our team creates a construction estimate, you review, and once approved the contract is signed to start the project.
5. Provide Schedule
Vivid Living schedules subcontractors and provides the construction schedule to you. We work as your construction manager and general contractor throughout the process.
6. Select Materials
Let’s choose materials! We will give you recommendations from our preferred suppliers with whom we’ve built relationships, to give you a higher quality of service.
7. Sit Back & Relax
You select your preferences and we get to work finalizing the design, managing the subcontractors, and keeping you updated step by step.
